We have a
strict Anti-Spam policy, any webmasters caught spamming aol or any other company along with ICQ, Instant Messaging and newsgroup
will be cancelled from
the Zooted program without pay!
Before
signing up, you must read, understand, and agree with all the
conditions below:
MSH Productions, Inc. does
not make any claim regarding the amount of income from this program, if any.
MSH reserves the right to cancel an account at any time for any reason,
including inactive accounts. Should MSH cancel an account, MSH will pay all due
monies. You as the promoter of MSH reserve the right to cancel your account at
any time for any reason. Should you cancel your account with MSH , MSH shall
issue you all due monies. You as the promoter must not alter the copyrighted
banner advertisements with the exception of covering up genitals, sex acts,
etc... for censorship, nor may you use Our Websites' names,
urls, or logos in
any unsolicited e-mail (including to Newsgroups, aol, instant messaging and
Icq).
Webmasters may not, directly or indirectly, link any content or
material to MSH Websites through hyperlinks contained or created
on said Webmaster's website:
(a) Obscene material, including without limitation any material depicting bestiality, rape or
torture.
(b) Any material which is displayed
or transmitted in a way as to constitute harmful matter or indecent
communications to minors;
(c) Any material in which persons
under the age of eighteen are depicted in actual, simulated or suggestive
sexual situations;
(d) Any material not fully in compliance with 18
U.S.C. Sec. 2257 et seq.;
(e) Any material which constitutes
child pornography or matter which involves depictions of nudity or sexuality
by an age inappropriate-looking performer (i.e. someone who looks younger than18 years of age), or by a performer who is portrayed or made to appear
to be a person under the age of 18 years of age by virtue of the script,
make-up, demeanor, costuming, setting, or reference to
minors with any of the following text: young teenage girls,
lolita,
young boys etc..
(f) Any material which is threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory,
libelous, slanderous, scandalous or injurious to the reputation of any person or
entity ;
(g) Any material which constitutes
an infringement, misappropriation or violation of any person’s
intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, rights of publicity, patent rights, personal property rights, privacy rights or other
rights; or
(h) Any program, file, data stream
or other material which contains viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or any
other destructive feature, regardless whether damage is intended or
unintended, which may cause damage to any computer equipment, loss or corruption of
data or programs or inconvenience to any person
In the event you are found
violating any of our terms, we will invalidate all current sales
and any monies earned will be forfeited. Accounts will also be terminated and
monies forfeited if you are found using our bandwidth to serve our banners.
Text Links are allowed, but no blind links containing words that are considered
harmful to minors by law. Spamming your own URL with our banners on the page
will result in termination of your account. We cannot be responsible for loss
due to downtime or incorrectly placed HTML. MSH has the right to terminate this
account at any time. MSH holds the right to change payout within a 14 day
notification period. All payouts are made in US funds. Promoters residing in
other countries are responsible for any and all fees charged by their bank for
cashing a US check.
We DO NOT accept webmasters from
the following countries: Albania, Argentina, Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria,
China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, El
Salvador, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq,
Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan,
Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia,
Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan,
Philippines, Poland Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia,
Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Syria, Taiwan,
Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Trinidad, Turkmenistan,
Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela and
Yugoslavia.
